Default Unable to play any files

Every time I open a file for playing in BSPlayer, I get the following error message:

BSplayer v1.02.812, Unhandled exception at EIP: 73F1B7C6
If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.
Please report this info to the author with description what were you doing.
Access violation at address 73F1B7C6 in module 'DSOUND.DLL'. Read of address 00000000

This seems to happen with any sort of file that I try and load, I have found no exceptions yet.

The problem may be connected with the fact that I have recently begun using an Echo Indigo to handle audio duties, as the problem began soon after I installed the Indigo.

Thanks in advance!

Hmm, for some reason that didn't help.
Now I can't open iTunes either, for the same reason. But Winamp works fine.

Huh, it works fine. Guess I'll just have to watch my videos without the clean audio the Indigo provides.

Thanks so much for the help, I appreciate it!

Just for information, reinstall your card and see if there is a "Hardware acceleration" function available in Indigo's options and try to disable it. Maybe the card will work. Some Hardware accelerated cards tend to give errors in BSPlayer.
