Dual monitor problem really nice little player, but I was wandering why the player displayed a black screen when i moved it over to my second monitor, even when inbetween both the primary display side would be fine but where it overlaped into the secondary display it displays black - any suggestions? :D |
Same thing Same thing happens to me. I have a dual 17" LCD setup (DVI+Analog). GeForce FX5600XT 128MB, Drivers 81.95 (latest driver available today). I tried it in all the rendering modes, and with different nView configurations. In full screen mode, the movie will play only on one screen. In window mode, only one display will show the image, the other one will stay black. |
I forgot to add that the same thing happens in Windows Media Player and in WinAmp, so I guess it might be a video driver issue. In VMR-9 Renderless it would span the movie over both displays but video quality was unacceptable (choppy and full of artifacts) |
Got it working Go to nVidia Control Panel, nView Display Settings, Horizontal Span. Then go to Full Screen Video / Full Screen video controls / Full Screen Device and choose Auto-Select from the list box. Set BSPlayer to use VMR9 rendering and it should work. |
BS player freezes on second monitor BS player freezes, then crashes on second monitor. I am using Intel iris xe graphics on Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon It works good on 1st monitor, but when I try to drag it to the second one it freezes and than crashes. |
