MY BS DOESN'T WORK.. HELP ME

Hi boys I have a problem.
My BS doesn't work.
When I open whatever file it goes out me writing this error ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADRESS 0050 In MODULE BSPLAYER.EXE. READ OF ADRESS 00000010

Besides if I try to disinstalled it doesn't depart and it jams me everything.
Please helped me
