bsplayer keeps on crashing... If I select 15 files, then right-click one of them (usually the top one) and select "Play in BSPlayer", then it tries to load 15 instances of BSPlayer and each one reports a crash. If I select "Enqueue in BSPlayer" instead, it still tries to load 15 instances of BSPlayer and each one reports a crash. Normally, players (such as WMP, Winamp), would load the player once assuming no player is loaded, and then enqueues the files. |
What is setting of "Allow multiple instances"? (under rightclick > Options > Preferences > General) |
Bug partially confirmed.. The first time I tried to reproduce this bug, I enqueued 6 movies in BSplayer, and 3 instances of BSplayer started (with only one movie in list). But the second time I tried to reproduce it, all 6 files were correctly queued in ONE BSplayer platlist... Tried again and BSplayer again acted correctly: only one instance and all the 6 movie files in queue.. I don't know why the first time the error occurred, but now all seems to acts normally :? I can't reproduce it nomore.. (Almost forgot.. "Allow multiple instances" option is disabled for me  ) |
Can't confirm. Selected 7 files, open in BSPlayer, 7 instances of BSPlayer started, all of them playing a file (different ones) with no problems. Allow multiple instances is enabled. I will try also this with 15 files. 15 files playing OK (more or less). No error. |
Me neither had errors, the three instances played just fine even on my pretty old machine, but with Multiple Instances DISabled should not start different instances.. Anyway now I can't reproduce this bug anymore.. |
Let's try with no multiple instances. 15 files Got 5 instances. No playlist yet. :)) Choosing to play 16 files in BSplayer can slow down your computer. Are you sure ? YEs, I am :)) 2 instances, no playlist. |
