Problem with mkv support This problem is regarding bsplayer version, and I think in the last version it's smaller. Error message popups on opproxymately on 1 out of 10 mkv files (with autoloading vobsub and disabled subtitles in bsplayer). If I click continue file playing without problems, only sound is on max till I try change him. And files playing just fine. Between files I didn't noticed nothing common (except mkv and soft subtitles within), crashing on xvid encoded files, but on others xvid no problems. Please create barely diferent way to handle this exception. Quote:

Can you post the filters used by BSplayer to split and decode your mkv files? (right-click -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced) |
Same error concerning mkv and internal subtitles ? |
Default DirectSound device EQ DirectVobSub(auto-loading version) CoreVorbis Audio Decoder or ffdshow Audio Decoder in another mkv XviD Mpeg-4 Video Decoder Source <-Haali here Also in this files is subtitles (mpc claims it's advanced SubStation Alpha or vobsub subtitles). And 2 audio streams. Other files works ok with this filters, dual audio and internal advanced ssa subtitles. |
Probably the cause of the error is Haali. BSplayer has a lot of problems with Haali splitter :? |
Dear Tizio, if it's Haali's fault you should suggest a replacement, dont't you ? Try to install Gabest mkv splitter. NEver had any problems with it. |
Sorry, you are right, but I'm have too much things to deal with in this moment that I can't stay after all of them.. If I was not washed-out I had certainly suggested the Gabest one :P |
Cool, working perfect. Thanks. |
