MPEG-2 Window Size

The automatic window size for MPEG-2 streams is set incorrect. Anamorphic PAL (actual 720*576 pixels) get displayed as 715*402 instead of 720*405 as it was in v1.36. This happens during DVD Playback as well as normal file playback.

There is a handy tool called "Size-O-Matic" which can help set proper window dimensions for any freely resizable (and sometimes even not resizable window).
