DIV4? Hy, I've installed bsplayer, with the latest version of direct X. But when I'm trying to play a movie, I get the message: unknown file format DIV4. But the file type is DIVX, I think. Cant the bsplayer play this type of file? greetings. |
BSPlayer can read DivX3, 4, 5 and XVid. Your problem isn't with bsplayer, but with the file you try to read. Did you download the whole file ( because if you don't have the end of the file, you get such an error ) ? Did you install ffdshow ( a filter which can decode all mpeg-4 codec, such as divx3,4 5 and xvid ) or at least divx5 ? |
Yeah, I know what u mean. Mine worked fine and it's DivX, but now a message keeps popping up that says "Unknown file format (DIV3)." |
divx hey, I've installed divx the latest version from the divx-page. Now he plays the movies, but still like they're cartoons. The images shake. I guess that's because of my computer, not because of the player..... thanks for the reactions, Minne |
