black screen with vista

I have these codecs installed: ffdshow, xvid, divx, AC3.
When i trie to play a movie in vista, the screen keeps black...

Ok no aero. I did already try that. Hope ther will be a new bs player soon, cause al the other video players kinda suck :D

I have tried Vista last week and I also had black screen. Then I changed rendering mode (DirectShow internal, not the default one) and everything worked ok. Then I switched back to the default rendering mode and I was able to see the picture also with this mode :wink:
