[solved] BS Player and Aero mode??? Will BS Player ever be fixed and work in Aero mode on Windows Vista? If Windows Media Player can work in Aero why not BS Player? :( |
Because Windows Media Player is a M$ product, so they know how to make it work with aero (they created aero) BS.Player will work with aero, just let BS.Player's authors find a way to make them work together ;) |
If I remember correctly, WMP does not use overlay. |
well. what can i ust then? well. for now is there an Update or an HotFix. that can be installed and watch video using Aero in Vista OS? if there is not yet. whice player would you recommend for using subtitles? Thanks Smounche. |
hmm ... BS.Player works just fine here with Aero. |

Try to change rendering mode: CTRL+P -> Video -Z Video rendering -> Select another rendering mode |

cool deal....i was having the same problem and being frustrated by it...the VMR9 Renderless works perfect...(as far as i know) ... thanks for the tip...how you guys know to change these things is beyond me... thanks steph |
Ok, any reason why "renderless" versus not? And which mode is best, 1 or 2? VMR9 seems better than using EVR, since the latter makes the player forget video settings (brightness, etc). |
