Please help! Can't open anything!

the bsplayer will open up with the debug version, but whenever I try to open any movie or music, an error comes up saying "couldn't create primary surface" and then EIP:00497D8B or EIP:00997D8B, something like that. What's wrong?! :cry:

try to change video modes in bsplayer options .. overlay (mode1,2) or rgb ..
