Nvidia 8400 BSOD in Vista. Only when Using Bsplayer

Hi all

I bought a new Laptop. Asus F3sc. It comes with Nvidia 8400 and Windows Vista 32bit.

When I am using the latest Bspalyer 2.21 I am getting BSODs. Each time it fails on the same file nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+3ca8b ).

If I am using different player like Media player classic or WMP. All works great.

But I want to work with Bsplayer because of all the advance things you can do with bsplayer.

I got the latest Nvidia Driver and I tried different codec packages.
Why it happens and how can I fix it?
Thanks

Maybe this can help you.

Seems there are 2 different solutions, one it's involving underclocking the RAM, the other is by installing one specific build of drivers.
