So I figured it out, I checked (in AC3 filter) "disallow PCM output in SPDIF mode" in Properties in "SPDIF" and it works perfect now.
Thank you very much BSPeter for your help.
it didnt work for me,dude :(

Maybe you have to select the proper output in BSplayer audio preferences tab.
Is AC3 Filter used to decode the audio stream or another decoder?

Unfortunately I can't test it with dolby since I only have stereo speakers..

it is my preferences,dude.i have already tried each of ''output device'' but the result is same. :(

edit:i have no problem other ac3 or dts files.for example,no problem with .avi and .mkv files.
there is the problem with wmv files only.

If audio in WMV is mp3 you should perhaps also use AC3Filter's encode option?

Audio is not mp3.I have found that it's also not ac3 but wma9 pro.

The only place I can think is the window that pop ups when you do the following tasks:
right-click -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced

But maybe it's something not supported by BSplayer..I don't know
