[CONFIRMED] Skin bug in version 2.28

Ever since I've installed BS.Player version 2.28.964 I've been having this problem with the play list skin. I'm running Vista.

Are you sure it's a BSplayer related bug and not a bad coded skin?
Can you tell me which skin are you using and if you can post it to me so I can test it? Thanks

Yes, I'm sure and there are two reasons why:
1. This bug wasn't present in BS.Player 2.27
2. It's not only this skin...It's every skin that has a play list skin

You can find the skin on the skin page. It's the first skin. It's called Prophecy v2.2
