showing only audio not video Hello, I have problem with bs player version 1.37 build 826. Video does not go (but in WMP avi goes without problems). Audio goes. Can you help me with video? Thank you for reply!! |
You have a missing codec. Probably installing XviD with "support al FourCC" enabled will solve the problem. Or by installing FFDshow. |
I have installed ffdshow video decoder but nothing happened. Still without video. |
Have you tried to use GSpot (as written in BSPeter's "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" post also linked as FAQ in my signature)? Open your file with GSpot, see if you have installed a working codec and/or tell us which codec is needed to play your movie (still read the info in GSpot) and if it's installed on your system (as already said, this info is made available in GSpot too) |
Me too I have same problem... I tryed GSPOT ---> Codec(s) Installed but there is no video - only audio There is the same problem when i will reinstal BS Player Same problem is in Windows Media Player too. Thank's for your answerbacks. |

What type of file are we talking about? (Note that e.g. "avi" is not very informative!) Are you sure it does have video-content? P.S.: In GSpot what are rendering-results (options at bottom-left)? |
