error in bs

Every time I open a file in the software I get such an error. Unable to locate the file, make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again, to look for a file, click the Start button and then click Search

Your file has such a name that creates problems. Try to rename it.

Don't think that the filename HelfgotMiYidem.wmv itself causes a problem.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the correct notation for paths in countries/(OS-)languages with right to left writing.
The only thing that attracts my attention is the \A at the right but maybe that's just an indicator for the OS in such countries/languages.
This and (of course) that part of the path (user-folder and the media's folder) is in in Hebrew/Ivrit and the remaining part isn't.
Perhaps BS.Player doesn't fully support such combination.
Could you try the same file in a fully non Hebrew-path?

BSPeter
thanks 4 you help
But this is not me, my friend, I have the same BS and it works with me in English file names.

I will try to be more specific. Move the file in the root of the c:\ drive and see if the file it's played OK from there. If so, the path to the file has such a name that BSPlayer can't interpret it corectly (probably related to unicode suport in paths/filenames).

In here the singer sings ok the part of the song, so, the file itself doesn't have problems (except for small sound distortions).

I think adicoto and I in fact try to tell you the same and are also trying to find out if the problem may be caused by unicode not being supported to the full extend yet.
