argh! tried everything and the problem persists.
easisest thing to do was uninstall BS Player and switch to another program.

AERO and OVERLAY will NOT work at the same time, as they are technically incompatible.

So you have to decide if you want Aero, OR if you want to use overlay.

If you want Aero, then you should select EVR renderer, which will be default video renderer in the future.

Exactly, i cant say anything about it. tried with Microsoft's media player classic, switch rendering to overlay mixer, and voila~ aero disabled when playing the video, and back on when i close the player. I hate to admit it but, overlay mixer (default) rendering mode is the best for my pc. :(
