Error occures once i start Bs Player PRO Hi BS Player staff team , I am a long BS Player User , until now i never faced with any problem , but yesterday when i tryed to start BS to watch some move and relax with Pop-Corns and glass of Coca-Call :smile , strange error came up . I have some Screen Shoot here , kidnly take a look : http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/2832/report1llr.jpg I am pleasing you to find some solution for my problem as soon as you can since i know that BS player always had and will have great reputation. Proudly , your sattisfied user, Mr.Boby. Thank you in advance! |
(Note I'm not a BSPlayer staff member but just another user.) Unfortunately you do not mention what type of video file it concerned (or did you just start-up the Player when the error occurred?) nor did you show the actual bug (error) report. Seems you've more videoplayers installed. Any of them recently? Did you allow BS.Player to locally install codecs upon its installation? From where did you download Pro-version? What is its build number? |
Hi there , At first , thank you for your fast answer. Hopefully , i have that build key somewhere in my computer but who knows where. As you said , yea the error cames up once i start the BS player. I have downloaded all the codecs and yeap i have some other video players in my PC. Thank you. Boby |
I am still waiting for an answer. Thank you in advance, Boby |
