Ratio screen problem Hi, My ratio of my screen's laptop is 16:9, when I running a video file, for example with included subtitles, the subtitles is get off the screen a little. (with Windows Media Player it's shows well) In other words, the borders of the video files are out of the screen in this screen. why is that? I tried to config the settings on 16:9 ratio, but it doesn't change nothing thanks, adi |
Depress [5] on numeric keyboard to make sure no movie-mode or pan-scan is used. Did you perhaps select "Cut top and bottom of video in full screen mode" under (rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video > [General]? |

also I removed the "Cut top and bottom of video in full screen mode" option (which was selected before), but it didn't solve the problem. |
What BS.Player version/build are you using? |

Maybe update to 242.1007. Try if by using [-] (and [+]) sign of numeric keyboard (!) you can get a correct picture and what is Pan&Scan-info shown at top left of the screen when you do that? |

but I don't have numeric keyboard, it is a laptop, so there is only the numbers line. |
You have a NUM key on the keyboard, that can transform 789,IOP,JLK, M keys into a numeric keyboard. |
