windows 7 problem

i have a problem, bsp is not remembering any settings in win7
it switches automatically from Overlay (default) to EVR...if i change this setting it doesnt have any effect...and i cant manage the filters in Filter Management
it doesnt recognize almost any filter...ac3/mpeg2decoder/ffshow etc even though they are installed
any ideas?

Search forum is the best response. This problem was asked many times, answered also many times. Disable UAC.
