Taking the chance, I'd like to request a few more features for matroska support
- preference settings for default language for subtitles and audio streams. That choice should be made from a list of standardized ISO codes for languages (ENG, FRE, GER, POR, SPA, etc.) since that information is already recorded in the stream. Also including a choice for
no subtitles by default, which is not possible when muxing a mkv file
- matroska chapters may include several language strings, like this:
Currently, BSPlayer display only the last string. There could be a preference setting for chapters language (or maybe it could be taken the same language as for subtitles)
- mastroska allows to attach to the stream any kind of document (pictures, text files, etc), like this:
It would be great if the user was able to access those attachments in BSPlayer (there could be a menu item for Attachments, much in the same way as video, audio, chapters and subtitles)
For now it's just this ;)
