BSPlayer already have support for IR devices through WinLIRC.
You just have to download WinLIRC from this URL http://winlirc.sourceforge.net/ and and set it up in preferences dialog of BSPlayer under the tab "Key definitions and WinLIRC" (last tab in dialog).
