 2 additional playback rates
I suggest 2 additional steps for the playback rates: 95,9% and 104,27% (that's 23,976 fps to 25 fps and back), or simply 95% and 105%. This could fix the audio frequency in badly done NTSC to PAL conversions (and maybe other conversion things) and is easy to add. Thanks  |
