Did you actually "create" such icons and then took a screenshot or just "photoshopped" them? They're nice, and if possible, I'd like to use them :D . On topic: It's possible to change the registry so Windows would show appropriate icons and file type descriptions, but it's quite boring work; AND BSplayer tends to change them back, even though the respective option in config is disabled.
