Default Audio streams management
:idea: Do you plane add new functions to audio streams management such a volume control for each stream? I think this functions may realize via direct sound. It's very useful feature for national translations for movies!
I wait answer :)

You can already do that.
Choose audio stream with Ctrl+S and then you can set colume for just this stream.
