BS Player error

This error occurs when I'm watching something (for example: an AVI file) in BS Player:

Unhandled exception at EIP: 00402AD8

Invalid pointer operation
EInvalidPointer
Call stack: 00000000

Is it something related to graphics or a grephic card? Please help.
