Default capture frame problem

I captured frames both in the original size and in "what you see" size, but they turned out to be the same size! :? Is there a problem with version 86.494 and 86.493? thanks

here are my results with both builds 493 and 494:

overlay mode 2 : no capture possible
overlay mode 1 : capture is possible, "original picture" and "what you see" give same result: original picture

no overlay : works flawless:
capture is possible, "original picture" gives original picture and "what you see" gives what you see

This may be a stupid question. How do I find out what overlay mode I am using. The capture feature does not work at all in my computer.
