OK, at tis moment I will try to uninstall just ffdshow from inside K-lite and install the 64 bit version (just ffdshow). |
This file had also crushed Bsplayer: Format : AVI Format/Info : Audio Video Interleave File size : 349 MiB Duration : 44mn 7s Overall bit rate : 1 106 Kbps Writing application : VirtualDubMod 1.5.10.2 (build 2540/release) Writing library : VirtualDubMod build 2540/release Video ID : 0 Format : MPEG-4 Visual Format profile : Advanced Simple@L5 Format settings, BVOP : Yes Format settings, QPel : No Format settings, GMC : No warppoints Format settings, Matrix : Default (H.263) Muxing mode : Packed bitstream Codec ID : XVID Codec ID/Hint : XviD Duration : 44mn 7s Bit rate : 968 Kbps Width : 640 pixels Height : 400 pixels Display aspect ratio : 1.600 Frame rate : 25.000 fps Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.151 Stream size : 305 MiB (88%) Writing library : XviD 1.2.1 (UTC 2008-12-04) Audio ID : 1 Format : MPEG Audio Format version : Version 1 Format profile : Layer 3 Mode : Joint stereo Mode extension : MS Stereo Codec ID : 55 Codec ID/Hint : MP3 Duration : 44mn 7s Bit rate mode : Constant Bit rate : 128 Kbps Channel(s) : 2 channels Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz Stream size : 40.4 MiB (12%) Alignment : Aligned on interleaves Interleave, duration : 40 ms (1.00 video frame) Interleave, preload duration : 504 ms http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/6...sdvyhi1vu3.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/d...qt65nk16nw.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/o...5vbr4wuzdi.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/j...vqu8azdl37.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/l...fszj0fbbvo.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/n...1a0xlx7l3b.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/l...kxtooin7gn.jpg |
Same ffdshow as decoder. Just to test. Blacklist ffdshow or disable MPEG4 support in ffdshow video configuration. 7's MPEG4 decoder should take it's place as favorite decoder. See if problem still persist. |
All these in yellow? http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/y...94xj_thumb.jpg Or this? http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/o...kjt6_thumb.jpg One of these to choose what i will put on blacklist or disable it? |
Second image, XviD and DivX -> disable. |
Ok, i disabled Xvid and DivX 4/5/6. Now i am waiting... |
For ? A file to crash ? Browse some files and play them :happyroll: |
It wasn't helped :(. Why only i get this problem :( |
Can you confirm that there is no longer ffdshow in the list of used filters ? Same screens as above ? |
|
No, I mean open such a file and post the filters used to decode the file. Like in the first screenshots with bsplayer's filter window. |
Can i post filters from other file? I deleted those files. |
As long as it's an MPEG4 |
This file has been crushed when i tried to turn off Bsplayer. http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/s...d4v6m89e0k.jpg Format : AVI Format/Info : Audio Video Interleave File size : 349 MiB Duration : 44mn 9s Overall bit rate : 1 104 Kbps Writing application : VirtualDubMod 1.5.10.2 (build 2540/release) Writing library : VirtualDubMod build 2540/release Video ID : 0 Format : MPEG-4 Visual Format profile : Advanced Simple@L5 Format settings, BVOP : Yes Format settings, QPel : No Format settings, GMC : No warppoints Format settings, Matrix : Default (H.263) Muxing mode : Packed bitstream Codec ID : XVID Codec ID/Hint : XviD Duration : 44mn 9s Bit rate : 967 Kbps Width : 640 pixels Height : 416 pixels Display aspect ratio : 3:2 Frame rate : 25.000 fps Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.145 Stream size : 305 MiB (88%) Writing library : XviD 1.2.1 (UTC 2008-12-04) Audio ID : 1 Format : MPEG Audio Format version : Version 1 Format profile : Layer 3 Mode : Joint stereo Mode extension : MS Stereo Codec ID : 55 Codec ID/Hint : MP3 Duration : 44mn 9s Bit rate mode : Constant Bit rate : 128 Kbps Channel(s) : 2 channels Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz Stream size : 40.4 MiB (12%) Alignment : Aligned on interleaves Interleave, duration : 40 ms (1.00 video frame) Interleave, preload duration : 504 ms http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/j...vg2fqj98zo.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/h...b9nbtnch97.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/r...onq2kl5jaq.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/z...5rduj4cjrj.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/e...h5v6vlmo2g.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/6...od9gk7nbv0.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/q...rlelic4uax.jpg |
Something is really wrong, as ffdshow still shows up. It's not disabled. Last measure, uninstall ffdshow. |
How to uninstall when it is in packet K-lite codec pack? |
If there is an uninstall shortcut in start menu under K-Lite, start it and see if you can uninstall just ffdshow. |
No, i can't. I can only uninstall complete. |
Do you recall if at install you have the option to uncheck the filters you don't want to install ? If so, uninstall K-lite and reinstall it but uncheck ffdshow. LE: by any chance, did you install ffdshow from K-lite AND also through BSPlayer's codec manager ? |
1. I think i had it. I will uninstall/install again. 2. No, i did not. |
I do not know did i good all ok. Do i need to uncheck everywhere where is ffdshow? http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/9...xsj4_thumb.jpg |
There is still GENERIC Mpeg4 checked. UNcheck it too. |
I unchecked that too. I run file which was crushed before. http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/b...lnvpouadib.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/9...slvfw2rl3a.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/f...1ka0c285ut.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/0...9jn3mlcdq2.jpg http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/v...f3ceooac23.jpg Is is ok now? Soon I will see is everything ok or not btw i installed again 32bit ver. |
As you can see, this time the video decoder it's MPEG4s DMO, not ffdshow video decoder anymore. Should work fine...I hope. |

So I understand that this file crashed BSPlayer ? It's an MKV this time. Unfortunately, it seems that you don't have CoreAVC installed (for MPEG4-AVC - x264 decoding) so ffdshow took it's place. |
Yes, it crached again. What can i do this time? |
1. AVI files, do they crash or not ? Is this problem fixed or not ? 2. For x264 files, disable ffdshow and install another filter, such as CoreAVC. |
1. How i see for now is all ok. 2. Do i need again to reinstall codec pack? Can you look at the picture above where i post what i have to uncheck and to tell me what all i have to uncheck for x264 |
No need to uninstall. Just open ffdshow configuration window, uncheck x264 and H264 support, install CoreAVC and should be fixed. |
ffdshow wasn't the problem. BSplayer has continue to crash. I have problem with wmv too. btw How do I set subtitles to be always on the black line? It is always on the picture above the black line. |
Subtile preferences -> enable draw of subtitles under video |
Do you mean: Enable drawing subtitles under image with EVR renderer ? |
Yes, that's it. |
I was already checked. When i run a other movie it is again on the picture. It wont to memorize where i put a subtitle. ________________________ black line ________________________ >>>>>> Movie <<<<<<< subtitle (it is always here) ________________________ Black line (i want sub always here) ________________________ Color controls doesn't work too :(. Moving slider for all 4 options but nothing happen. |
BSPlayer can't menorise it's settings if you don't have UAC disabled or program files folder it's set as "read only". |
If you can move the subtitle to the black bar below the picture, but this setting is lost the next time you use BS.Player, I cannot but agree with adicoto (in pointing to UAC as the probable cause of this problem). However, if changed settings are retained after a restart of BS.Player and/or you simply cannot move subtitles to the black bar, there may be other causes/cures. In that connection perhaps see this post (click here). |

If you do not have solution for primary problem, please i do not need unnecessary suggestions. Thank you for your time. @BSPeter video rendering > Internal render DirectDraw surface That is set in my config. I put on EVR but a picture is ugly. Any way i do not care for this too much. I have problem which i want to solve it. I do not planning to use BSplayer any more if i need to use it this program which crash down every 4,5 times. My friend have the same problem. He has Win 7 x64 too. |

What's wrong with me ? Probably the fact that, as a simple user like yourself, I am trying to help others. So, no other unnecessary suggestions from me. |
