Using a calibrated monitor for playback My monitor is calibrated every 3 months using a Datacolor Spyder 3 to compensate for its natural aging. Without this calibration, images and videos have a distinct yellow cast. While I view and edit an AVI using Virtualdub, the image appears normal and calibrated. When I playback the same file using BS Player, the playback appears to have bypassed/ignored the color calibration and appears yellow. What have I not done correctly? Is there a setting in Preference that I can set to do this? Thanks, Charles |

BSPlayer uses overlay to display the images. Open options -> preferences -> video ->rendering mode and swich to internal RGB mode. Should have the same image now. You can also test other video rendering options, see which suits you better. |

Dear adicoto, Thank you very much for your quick reply - it worked exactly as you recommended! You are truly a Master and BS Player continues to amaze me with what it can do! All the best, Charles |
