I just bought BsPlayer Pro but... Hi, I hope someone can understand because my english is not the best. Yesterday i bought BsPlayer Pro for 1 year, but by mistake, i used a wrong email in the process of purchase. In my email associated with Paypal i got this message: Your order was sent to BSPlayer team for clearance. Please allow 1-2 working days for confirmation of purchase. For any assistance please contact sales@bsplayer.com Take care, BSplayer team. but there's also another recipient (the wrong email). I'm still waiting for my license key and registration, but I just want to receive the license key and registration info in my account asociated with Paypal, and not in the another email. Btw i bought BsPlayer Pro like 36 hours ago, this is my transaction id: XYZXYZXYZXYZXYZXYZXYZXYZ and i'm still waiting my license key, i 've alredy sent yesterday an email to sales@bsplayer.com, but i don't have any assistance or answer yet. |
Copied your post (with the original transaction ID) to a non-public part of the forum and asked Ico-man (a BS team member) to have a look at it. For matters like yours, it is better to use the email support or send a private mail (to be found in the "User CP"-area). (Posting in a public forum with personal details doesn't seem an appropriate way). :wink: |
Hi BSPeter, i just received a couple of emails from the support of BSPlayer and i have my license key, and about the wrong email, was deleted, so my problem is solved. Thanks for the help and for remove my trans ID. |
