BS player pref. Filter Management Add Filter works for you?

well i have latest BS player

in preferences, there is a "filter management"

i click to add: i want to add some VST audio plugins, or DX audio plugins

-doesnt work


does it for you? how does this work and why is there a "filter managemtne " in preferences, where u can see all the filters u have in ur pc. if it cant be used makes no sense to me .
