bsplayer video problems

not sure if this has been already answered, if so, can someone please link me? thanks in advance

Whenever i try to play some video files in bsplayer, they are gray. But when i play in Windows MEdia Player, GDIVX, the core media player or some other player it works.

Something about direct show codecs?

The codecs i have installed myeself are

divx 5.03 pro
ffdshow codecc
xvid codec

anyone tell me why bsplayer is showing grayness?
