Default Bsplayer on TV

Please help me!

I'm trying to watch an avi on my TV, using BsPlayer.
Can please someone tell me in short what to do, so this will work.
When I try it sound is oke but the image freeses on my tv set. What do I do wrong. I'm using windows XP and i have an 100 Hertz tv. BsPlayer is installed on a laptop. The laptop is connected to the tv using an s-vhs cable. Other programs are working just fine accept BsPlayer.
Who can be of some assistance please.

Default primary display

It seems that you're trying to watch video on a secondary display and without overlay mode.

try this :
-> goto BS prefs and activate overlay (it's better)
-> you should then watch a black movie (if secondary display)
-> goto your display adapter properties and activate a mode with overlay video on TV (with TV as a primary display it always work)

depending on your video card, you can try other possibilities (Clone/Theater mode with ATI card, ...)
