It's possible start bsplayer from CD without it installed in HD? How to make it?

yes it is, but i think you have to install the codecs.

it's pretty easy for the player

here's what you cd should look like:

movie.avi
bplay.exe
bsrendv.dll

I guess that's all. I maybe forgot some files,
but I'm sure someone will correct it if it needs to.
