xvid-divx5.0 problem..

I have installed the last version of bsplayer but with somethings video files
(xvid-divx5.0 code) i have the problems.
When run it a message of error appair :
first message is : 'Overlay failed'.
second message is : 'Don't create Directdraw surface'.
I use the mode1 oerlay in the options.
If i select mode2 overlay i see the movie but the sound is not syncronyzed
and the movie not see good.
I have installed for the code 'ffdshow'.

Why ??
