open movie but don't see anything

when i open the movie (bourne identity, in others movie it's dossent happend) i judt see the skin but i dont see the window of the movie. although i dont see the window the movie run and i hear the sound of the movie. when i open the movie in windows media player (i connect to the internet) it's trying to downloads some codec (i don't no which one) and he says error downloading codec and then also i don't see anything but i hear the sound of the movie. if someone can help me i'll be pleasured!

this problem also happend in radlight.
