Playing problem

I am able to play ALL video formats in other players, but i cant play almost any format in bsplay. I dont beleive that codecs are the cause of my problem, because other players can play... I tried to reinstall the bsplayer too, but still not working.

I changed from Audio stream menu the optiom from Stream1 to option Play All and the video is now playing. But not all videos have this option in the Audio stream menu, so there are still videos i cant play.

Now I know for sure that this is an audio problem any suggestion on how to fix that?
