how do i use capture frame?

i have set the folder i want the frame to go to but when i hit shift p i doesnt capture the frame. i think i might be doing something wrong. does anyone know how to capture the frame properly with bs player?

i can do capture frame with it but only in overlay mode 1 but when i switch it back to overlay mode 2 and try to capture the frame it doesnt work. and in overlay mode 1 the frame comes out all scrambled and gargled.

ok i found the solution all you do to get mode 1 frame caps ufuzzed is disable yv12 format then you can use capture frame perfectly for avis yay i have solved my own problem.
