what is each file in the main directory of BsPlayer

I'd like to know what is each file in the main directory of BsPlayer. I mean
bplay.exe.manifest
bspfilters.sam
menudef.dat
...

And if I can delete it to make a CD.

u need

bplay.exe <- of course ...
bsrendv.dll <- the renderer dll - very important :D

but u dont really need

bplay.exe.manifest
bsp.dat
bspfilters.sam
bsplay.ini
bsplay.reg
bsplay.sav
changes.txt
ClearReg.exe
menudef.dat
unreg.bat
