dvdhack is an unknown quantity at this point
Default BSPlayer has killed all audio on my PC !!

My audio worked fine on all applications and I was able to play DivX, XviD etc.

I decided to install BSPlayer to give it a try and got no audio. I then went into the preferences and set the audio devices and it played audio just fine.

I shut down my PC and when I next went to play a movie I got no audio - I also got no audio on any application at all - including the speaker test screen on the soundcard driver. I reinstalled the drivers and still no change. I also tried uninstalling BSPlayer, no change.

Anyone have a thought on where I could start looking?

Have tried:

Volume
Drivers
Devices all reporting OK
Un-installing BSPlayer
Now BSPlayer is re-installed
Disabled sound in BSPlayer - as it comes on installation

Thanks a lot.
