Unknown file format (XVID)

I know, I know, this is a stupid question, but how do I get my Taxi 3 to work? When i try to run the film on BSPlayer, it comes up with an error that says the text that is on the subject. Do i need to download a codec, and if so, which one? Pls do come forward in masses to help me with this problem.

i am having the same problem even though i can play other xvid avis fine, this movie is not working.

Install ver 0.9.2 or latest Koepi build.
