Why when video playing full screen in overlay mode on monito

Why when video playing full screen in overlay mode on monitor it can't be played exactly the same full screen on TV via GF4Ti cards ? Why is that black borders always on screen on TV ? Why in GF4MX cards whith internal TVout the problem is solved in drivers Detonator 4.XX - is appear Fullscreen in TV Settings tab and in GF4Ti it's not solved yet ??? What can i do to disable this black borders on TV ? (TV Tool doesn't help ) . :?:

This is not a problem in BSPlayer.
You need to adjust it in your driver (display properties).
My Ati card can be adjusted to have no black borders.
As far as I know, a Gforce card can be adjusted too.
