Default ripple effect/lagging when watching film using tv out

Hi
I am using: winXP and Radeon 9100, fast computer, 10 meter s-video cabel.

When watching a movie on the TV I can see an unusual effect. During a fast panning of the camera I can see something like a ripple effect. The top half of the display will seems slightly behind the bottom half.
Has anyone had a similar experience and can maybe suggest some config changes that might help?

i think the G400 filter fixes that kind of problem,
try reinstalling klite codec pack and UNTICK the "disable g400" bit

if that doesnt work, try changing to a different resolution on the TV.
