the OSD (displayed top-left corner of the movie) font can be changed in bsplayer's preferences (in the 'video' tab) [at least in build 501, can't remember about previous versions]
if you want to change the font for the time displayed on the skin, you have to edit the skin itself:
rename the skin file from *.bsz to *.zip
extract its content
edit skin.ini
change things in the [fonts] section (I can't tell you which is which here)
