How do I capture images from a video?

Hi, just wondering how i capture images from the screen. I've tried that option and gone to the bsplayer folder and saw the jpegs but there was no image in them.

I suggest you change the settings for capture in bsplayer's preferences (general tab) and possibly the overlay setting (video tab)
