Default 4:3 aspect ration on WUXGA (wide) notebook screens

When playing full screen 4:3 aspect ratio on those wide-screens on notebooks the image is cut on top and buttom.
I was wondering if there's some workaround or option (that I don't know) to have the full image on the screen (i.e., with black borders on the sides, similar to Windows Media player).

Thanks for help!

you could try using the custom pan&scan option, or possibly zoom backwards.

I don' t have such a screen (though sometimes I wish I had ;) ) so I can't be sure it will work

I actually thought about it right after I posted the message.
Yeah, that actually works.
It's the Pan-Scan option (shortcut O). That's exatcly what I needed.

FYI: I do not reccomend WUXGA/UXGA (1920x1200 / 1600x1200) on 15.4" LCD. To small fonts, some inconviniences to make everything look relatively nice in XP.
