Trivial problems

I have a really trivial problems here:
1) After bsplayer runs, the mouse cursor will not hide automatically. It's an eyesore to me and I have to move my cursor to the edge of the screen.

2) Whenever I drag the time bar, the OSD messages will appear and it won't go away until I quit the full screen mode and turn back to full screen mode again.

I did not encounter the above problems before until the recent update to the latest version. I have tried to switch back to older version but the problem still persists. Is this a bug or something wrong with my machine??

I know these problems aren't really critical but well... Anyway, could someone please help? Thanks in advance.
