Cant get subs on the TV.

Hi.
I have a Radeon 9800Pro which I have connected to my TV. Everything is fine, color and stuff. I can watch Divx movies but I cant get it to show subtitles too. If I get the subs to the TV the picture is missing. Oh, I got the subs and the picture allright, but the subs are out of position. If I re-position the subs BSPlayer crashes.
So...I started browsing these forums. I didnt find any solution. Is there any?
