Avoiding download dialog box

How do I get BSPlayer to just sit and wait for the video to load. When I click on a video link, a download dialog box comes up asking me what I want to do. I nave to choose open and then wait for the file to download and open. I know I have to wait anyway, but when I use Windows Media player, I do not get the download dialog box. It just plays when it is done downloading.

Also, when a video has played, most of my other players have a slider bar which you can use to shuttle the video back and forth. How do I do this with BSPlayer?
