video options problem

Hi! For some reason i don´t know, when i try to use divx3.11 properties or divx4 properties (postprocessing and film effect) under preferences, video, i´m just not able to.
Why is that? How do i solve it??

do u use ffdshow filter ?

if yes .. so all is ok .. caus there is no need to change divx settings if ffdshow decode the divx video an use its own settings ..
