Default Can't set things in video properties / BSplayer preferences
I cannot set the divx 3.11 and 4+ properties! I cannot even choose anything there, the text is grey even. [Cannot be changed?!?!]

Load a movie, and if it's divx based, you will be able to modify the properties. Or go to options, filters.
